With Glasgow’s iconic Arches getting a makeover into a corporate events space and weekly street food market, A-Live Sound were contracted to provide a networked audio solution with strong vocal clarity and consistent output throughout the extensive space made up of multiple reverberant brick archways.

Having recently utilised them on a similar but much smaller project, A-Live opted to demo Danley’s Nano speaker system to the client who was impressed by the detail and level offered by a 6-inch box. The quality of output and low profile had already convinced the client that this was the correct solution, and that was before the quote came in at half the cost of similar distributed systems from alternative manufacturers. All told, 46x Nano speakers and 8x Nano subs were installed throughout the cable trays situated in the archway apex’s to provide high quality, high impact sound that transforms the audience experience in this unique space.
