J8-94

The J8-94 is built from the same architecture as the J7, utilizing a remarkably high driver density. The J8 is a Synergy Horn™ with an impressive 46 drivers connected to a single horn with 24 1″ compression drivers mated to a fifth-generation high frequency combiner, 10 10″ horn loaded low frequency drivers and 12 6″ horn loaded mid-range drivers. Such power results in excellent response in both magnitude and phase while doing so at astounding output capabilities.

The J8-94 is offered both in a 13 ply Baltic Birch encased in PolyUrea for protection from impact and atmospheric conditions or our EW (Extreme Weather) variant with the ultimate in protection from the elements due to the use of high-density polyurethane panels impregnated with fiberglass fibers in the place of standard plywood. Install and touring versions are equipped with M10 rig points.

Regarding amplification, the J8-94 offers single or dual amp mode utilizing either one or two DNA20K4-Pro amplifiers. This allows the loudspeaker to have a redundancy that operates the loudspeaker if one amplifier ever fails. As an added layer of protection, we include our Sentinel™ high frequency driver protection circuitry. this multistage limiter protects the high frequency drivers in the event of overloads. It is inaudible during normal operation so dynamic range is not compromised.
